Vendor Comparison

The Vendors Comparison feature empowers merchants to thoroughly assess and compare the performance of different verification providers with Shufti. By analyzing key metrics such as pass rates, extraction rates, and the identification of fraudulent documents, merchants gain a comprehensive understanding of each vendor's effectiveness. Shufti consolidates these insights into a detailed report after processing the verification proofs provided by the merchant in a Zip file. This robust analysis equips merchants with the data needed to make well-informed decisions, optimize their verification processes, and select the vendor that best meets their operational needs.

How It Works?​

  • Initial IDV Survey: Start by sharing your identity verification preferences and goals.
  • Start Batch Verification: Name your batch, configure document authenticity checks, and upload a ZIP file with verification proofs (document-only images).
  • Processing of the Batch: Shufti starts processing the batch.
  • Comparison Setup: To initiate a comparison, upload a CSV file with verification results from other vendors.
  • Compare and Analyze: Shufti analyzes and presents a side-by-side comparison of results including metrics like pass rates, extraction rates, and number of fraudulent documents.
  • Detailed Reports: Merchants can get an in-depth analysis of each verification through a comprehensive comparison report to evaluate the performance of different vendors.
