Multi-Tenancy

Multi-Tenancy feature is designed to enhance flexibility and efficiency, allowing merchants to manage multiple brands as child accounts with admin or read-only access from a single master account. This feature optimizes control and oversight, making it ideal for scaling operations and providing tailored management within a unified platform.

Configuration Process​

Merchants can request multi-tenancy configuration by providing the following details:

  • Parent Account Information: Share the email address associated with the account you want to set as the Parent Account.
  • Child Account Information: Provide the email addresses you want to associate with the Parent Account.
    • New Account Setup: Provide the email address if you want to set up a new account.
  • Set Child Account Permissions: Specify the permissions for each Child Account either Admin or Read-Only for the Parent Account.
  • Requirements Implementation: The tech support team will communicate the implementation of the received requirements.
  • Multi-Tenancy Enabled: Merchants will be notified once all requirements have been implemented. They can then access the configuration by logging into the Shufti BackOffice.
