Components

Shufti Pro e-Signature consists of four components:

  1. Contracts Central
  2. Templates
  3. Drafts
  4. Receiver View

Contracts Central

Contracts Central serves as a central hub for all your contracts. Within this component, you can:

  • Create a Contract: Instantly initiate new contracts with a few clicks.
  • Track Document Status: Monitor the real-time status of your contracts, including who signed the document and when.
  • View Document Listing: Access a comprehensive listing of all documents that are sent for signing.
  • Download Signed Documents: Download the signed and completed documents for your records.
  • View Documents: Review the documents directly within the platform.
  • Resend Emails to Contract Recipients: Resend document signing invitations to recipients who haven't signed yet.
  • Delete Signed Documents: Remove documents from the listing that are no longer needed.

This centralized functionality ensures complete control and visibility over your contract management process.

Templates

Templates serves as the central hub for all your templates. Within this component, you can:

  • Create a Template: Instantly create new customized reusable templates.
  • View Template Listing: Access a comprehensive listing of all templates that are created.
  • Use Template: Send a document to the recipients using the created template.
  • View Templates: Review the created templates directly within the platform.
  • View API Payload: Inspect the API payload associated with each template for integration purposes.
  • Edit Templates: Clients can update templates as needed.
  • View Template History: Clients can track the usage of the template.

This centralized functionality ensures efficient management and utilization of your templates.

Drafts

Drafts serves as the central hub for all your drafts. Within this component, you can:

  • View All Drafts: Access a comprehensive listing of all draft contracts and templates.
  • Edit Drafts: Resume your contract or template creation journey from where you left off.
  • Delete Drafts: Remove drafts from the listing that are no longer needed.

This centralized functionality ensures you can efficiently manage and complete your drafts.

Receiver View

Receiver View serves as the central hub for all your signing. Within this component, you can:

  • Give Consent: Recipients provide consent to access the document for signing.
  • Choose Signature Method: Recipients can add a signature either by selecting from pre-defined signatures, by uploading a wet signature, or by drawing a signature.
  • Upload a Stamp: Recipients can upload an image of their stamp.
  • Signed Document Copy: Upon completion of signing, recipients can obtain a copy of the signed document that contains the signatures of all recipients along with the Signature Certificate.

This centralized functionality ensures a seamless and personalized signing experience for all your recipients.
